Our Story
EarlyBird started because I kept watching local businesses get sold the same broken pitch: buy some AI tool, flip a switch, and somehow everything gets better. That is not how any of this works.
I came up through building things the hard way. After USF, I ran a disinfection company through COVID. Then I took on a full residential rebuild in Boca Grande with almost no construction background and figured it out as I went. When I moved into software, that same instinct stuck. If something is messy, you clean it up first. You do not automate the mess and call it progress.
That is the whole idea behind EarlyBird. We work with Tampa Bay businesses that need real help, not another platform account. Sometimes that means a ready-made system like an after-hours voice agent or an internal knowledge tool. More often it means sitting down, looking at how the work actually gets done, fixing the process, and then building automation that fits.
We are local. We pick up the phone. And we will not sell you automation for a system that is already falling apart.
